We represent the interests of multinational clients in Ghana and Nigeria and also act as consultants and corporate counsels or provide in-house counsels in corporate legal departments in corporate organizations.

The Firm has successfully conducted and taken part in and advised clients on arbitration procedures and interfaced with external solicitors of clients in negotiating settlements and mediating disputes which would have otherwise resulted in time wasting litigation exercises. favourA practicing lawyer with considerable experience in litigations and alternative dispute resolution cases. After his call to the Nigerian Bar, he practised as an associate in V.O. Grant & Co in Warri, A.O. Akanle, SAN & Co. in Ado-Ekiti and head of chambers in P.A. Ogana & Co. in Asaba. He holds a Bachelors Degree of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Benin and a Barrister at Law Degree (BL) from the Nigerian Law School. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Human and Natural Resources (FHNR), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (ACI.Arb), an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM) and a member of the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators (pnm). He is currently awaiting the award of a Masters degree in law from the University of Benin after completing the course work.

Ezeamaka Charles NWAOGWUGWU Esq.(Partner)

NWAOGWUGWU EZEAMAKA CHARLES has a Diploma in Law from the University of Jos, Plateau State and a Professional Diploma in Education from the Federal College of Education(Technical), Asaba. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the Delta State University and has been called to the Nigerian Bar after a successful stint at the Nigerian Law School. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Chartered Institute of Nigerian Teachers. He has great experience in litigation practice and administrative law. He has worked as an associate counsel in P A Ogana & Co. and Femi Okafor & Associates both in Asaba. He is currently on a leave of absence and is serving in government in Delta State.

Augustine G. Nwabueze ESEAGWU Esq.(Partner)

Augustine G. Nwabueze ESEAGWU Esq. LLB (AAU), LLM. (Benin) (in view), BL, pnm. (Partner)A. G. N. Eseagwu attended Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State where he obtained an LLB Hons. He has been admitted into the Nigerian Bar and is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Law at the University of Benin, Edo State. He is also an alumni of the Prestigious University of Ghana Business School in Legon, Ghana.

He is a member of the Association of ADR practitioners in Asaba, Delta State and represented the Body in the Committee for the Drafting of the Delta State High Court Civil Procedure Rules, 2009.

He has a practice interest in Mediation, corporate & commercial law with considerable experience in Election Petitions. In his capacity as external counsel for several companies operating in Nigeria and Ghana, he has acted in Mediation sessions and Civil litigations arising from disputes in the Nigerian Construction and Manufacturing industry. He has also advised a number of corporations seeking to participate in the Nigerian oil and gas industry.

Ernest. O. UGBEJEH Esq.(Associate)

Ernest. O. UGBEJEH ESQ.Ernest. O. UGBEJEH attended Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State where he obtained an LLB Hons. He has been called to the Nigerian Bar and is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He Holds a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Benin, Edo State.

He is a member of the Association of ADR practitioners in Asaba, Delta State ,a member of Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators and currently a student member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (CIBN).

He is vast in Mediation, Corporate & Commercial law, International Economic Law, Environmental Law, Humanitarian Law, International Human Right law, Consumer Protection Law, Election Petitions, Criminal Law and general Civil Litigation.

STELLA CHINEDUM OPUTA-AUDU (MRS)

STELLA CHINEDUM OPUTA-AUDU (MRS) is a graduate of the Delta State University in Abraka. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar and a strong member of FIDA, Federation of International Female Lawyers. She has a Masters degree in law from the University of Benin. She has attended various professional courses both home and abroad

She has vast experience in property and real estate transactions. She is a trained mediator and also possesses a good understanding of corporate and environmental law. She is an MTI certified mediator and a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).

She is currently the head of the firm’s real estate and property division.
